DPW Water & Sewer requires new plan series, utility labels and CSA number for 1803 Harford Road

Harford County DPW Water & Sewer told the DAC a new site plan series is required showing Harford Road water and sewer mains, fire hydrant, service connections, drainage and utility easement extents and provided Commercial Service Application No. 20430 as part of permit processing.
At the July 1 DAC meeting, Chris Dombeck for Harford County Department of Public Works, Division of Water and Sewer, told the committee that a new plan series is required for 1803 Harford Road and that the next submission must clearly show and label the water and sewer mains in Harford Road, the fire hydrant and the sizes and contract numbers associated with the utilities. "On the next version submitted, show and label the water and sewer mains in Harford Road and the fire hydrant," he said, and asked the applicant to show existing water and sewer services serving the property as well as the extent of drainage and utility easements per recorded deeds.
Dombeck also said any sewer cleanouts in paved areas must be installed per County detail S‑27 and that a Commercial Service Application must be completed and approved before a building permit will be issued; he provided Commercial Service Application Number 20430 and said that number must be added to the site plan title block. He added that the location of the water meter and backflow preventer will be determined during CSA review and that if an outside meter vault is used a drainage and utility easement that is recorded in the land records will be required.
