Peter Buckley asked the council not to lose sight of the upstream initiative and proposed adding it to the family preservation workstream, and he reiterated an earlier idea of making a hub director an ex officio council member to strengthen connections to implementation.
Members and staff discussed invitations for hub directors and implementers to present models that show both successes and administrative barriers, so the council can surface practical steps and avoid purely theoretical discussions.
