Edmonston council approves Dec. 10 minutes and appoints Michelle Bonilla to Ward 1 seat

In the same segment the council considered the appointment to fill the unexpired Ward 1 term for Council Member Kony Serrano (term expires June 2026). Council Member McCauley nominated Michelle Bonilla, of Crittenden Street; Council Member Johnson seconded the nomination and the minutes record the vote as Ayes: Turberville, Johnson, McCauley; Nays: None; Motion carried. Council Member McCauley later welcomed Michelle Bonilla to the council in council dialogue.
