Edmonston adopts emergency speed-camera ordinance to comply with HB 182

Council Member Serrano moved for approval and Council Member Turberville seconded; recorded votes show unanimous support. The ordinance was adopted on an emergency basis to ensure the town’s systems and policies conform to the state law effective Oct. 1, 2025.
