District reports enrollment surge; business manager flags budget uncertainty

Board members discussed the timing of state reconciliations and federal grant uncertainties that could prompt a budget committee reconvening or supplemental appropriations if higher federal IDEA and other grant funds materialize. The board asked staff to prepare a refined budget projection after final enrollment reconciliation and to bring any necessary adjustments to the budget committee for consideration.
