Staff also described operational work completed and planned — replacement of park water fountains, parking‑lot line painting, and mowing — and noted Messiah University will perform ADA assessments for eight parks this fall.
At the start of the meeting the board approved the June meeting minutes by voice vote. The board also heard several staff updates and accepted direction to draft ordinance updates for e‑bikes and scooters, pursue Grantham Park construction notifications, and verify McCormick Park deed and mapping before further action.
