The CFO said she expects to bring a consolidated, more visual product back by the end of the fiscal year (June/July).
Committee members requested earlier distribution of large documents so members can review them with adequate time. Miss Hayes said staggered distribution would help members with jobs and family obligations to review material before meetings; the CFO agreed to try to post larger reports earlier and reminded members the website's monthly transparency PDFs are searchable and are posted by the state‑required deadline.
