City of Pacific council forwards four items to April 14 meeting

The items forwarded were AB25-101 (Resolution 2025-986, disposal of surplus city personal property), AB25-103 (Resolution 2025-988, Seattle & Cedar Change Order #5), AB25-104 (Ordinance 2025-2102, setting utility business tax rates) and AB25-105 (Ordinance 2102-2103, setting 2025–2027 utility rates). City Clerk Laurie Cassell recorded that each item was "forwarded to the meeting of April 14, 2025" by council consensus rather than by a recorded roll-call vote.
The referrals mean council and staff will prepare any supporting materials, financial analyses and ordinance language for formal consideration at the April 14 meeting. The workshop minutes do not show a formal motion or recorded vote on these items; staff will present the materials and any proposed motions at the next meeting.
