The Village of Bloomington Finance & Purchase Committee convened at 4:00 p.m. on Sept. 30, 2024; Village President Robert McLimans called the meeting to order, the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, and roll call listed McLimans, Dawn Drew, Al Mergen and Dennis Moris as present, with Jay Bennett of Johnson Block joining by telephone. The minutes record that Bennett led the budget review discussion.
Across the meeting the committee approved procedural motions by unanimous voice vote: McLimans moved (Drew second) to go into closed session under Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(c), the motion carried; later McLimans moved (Moris second) to exit the closed session, which carried; McLimans moved (Moris second) to adjourn and the meeting ended with a unanimous vote. Clerk/Treasurer Shawna Atterbury is recorded at the close of the minutes.
