Board approves Pay Application #8 for Wall Street paving; project overruns revised downward

Digman listed added items contributing to increased cost: a fill site (~$66,000), storm sewer on Spruce Road (~$15,000), paving on West Court (~$40,000), new water services/laterals (~$15,000), and additional tree removals (~$4,000), totaling roughly $140,000 in extras.
