Clerk Atterbury certified open‑meeting compliance and a motion to approve the agenda, made by Dawn Drew and seconded by Atterbury, passed unanimously.
After discussing staffing continuity and public‑works certification, the committee agreed to recommend creating a part‑time deputy clerk/treasurer at 15–20 hours per week and to consult the village attorney regarding certification requirements for a public‑works assistant. With no additional business, Clerk Atterbury moved to adjourn, Dawn Drew seconded, and the committee voted to adjourn.
