The applicants, Matthew and Rachel Olson, want to purchase a portion of a neighboring vacant lot owned by Ardis Klosterman to enlarge their side yard; the CSM in the meeting packet shows Lot 2 meeting single-family home requirements though it may present design challenges if developed. Bob Shest moved to recommend approval; Steve Peterson seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
The recommendation will be forwarded to the Village Board for final approval.
