Following a closed session to discuss employee compensation and performance under Wisconsin Statute Chapter 19.85(1)(c), the Village of Bonduel board voted to approve wage increases as presented in Addendum A related to the 2026 budget.
The board entered closed session with invited attendees including Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Maroszek and Police Chief Keith Fischer; roll-call votes to enter and exit closed session were unanimous. After returning to open session, Kay Zuleger moved and Andrew Court seconded approval of all wage increases in Addendum A. The motion carried unanimously.
