Keystone Heights council seeks clarity on CCUA sewer hookups, cites 427 residences in service area

City staff reported that 427 residences fall within the CCUA service area inside the city and that seven residences are connected to CCUA sewer; Councilman Dan Lewandowski requested maps showing residential and commercial breakdowns and hookups.
Councilman Ryan Knight requested a CCUA report addressing system capacity, water and sewer coverage, and costs. The council agreed to invite a CCUA representative to a future meeting to discuss current hookup status and potential options. Ms. Janis Fleet was asked to provide overlay maps to clarify which parcels are connected and which remain on septic or other systems.
