Plan Commission asks staff to seek State Building Inspector guidance and cites water-connection ordinance

Village Attorney Charles Adams told the commission that "the Village has an ordinance requiring him to connect to the water for that building" and encouraged commissioners to use the conditional use decision form to identify outstanding questions and requirements. Adams proposed sending the decision form to applicant Jason Hutter so he could provide answers for the Plan Commission’s next meeting.
