Clerk/Treasurer Michelle Maroszek presented the proposed 2026 Plan Commission budget, reporting that wages, employer contributions and miscellaneous expenses remain unchanged from the prior year. She also noted that expenses for outside services provided by Shawano County Economic Progress Inc. will be moved to the TID budget rather than remain in the Plan Commission budget.
Commissioner Troy Wescott moved and Mark Welch seconded approval of the 2026 Plan Commission budget; the motion carried unanimously. No supplementary appropriations or staff increases were discussed in the record.
The Commission did not request additional line-item changes and approved the budget as presented. The change shifting outside-service expense to the TID budget will be reflected in the municipal accounting for 2026.
