Resident raises privacy, grading and pool concerns for Arrow townhomes project

At the meeting’s oral-communications period, Robert (Bob) Milner of 558 Maple Way asked the commission to review proposals for the Arrow townhomes near his property, saying one structure “butts right up to our backyard” and overlooks a bedroom window. Milner said recent grading and a removed wall have raised concerns about pool integrity and yard stability and asked if the developer had considered those impacts with soils and surveying.
Staff told Milner the project will be on the Planning Commission’s August agenda and that staff will meet with him before that hearing to discuss his concerns. Community Development Director Mr. Dahlquist said staff will confer with the resident and that the item is scheduled for the August meeting.
