Saint Francis Library reports strong turnout for summer reading, announces Touch-a-Truck event

Jessica Kettner, interim director of the Saint Francis Library, reported the library is halfway through its summer reading program, which runs through Aug. 1, and said the program has had strong participation and prize giveaways.
Kettner also promoted the library's Touch-a-Truck community event next week, which will include the fire department, public works and police, and noted that TMJ4 will bring storm-chaser coverage. The programs are positioned as family-friendly community-engagement efforts and the director encouraged residents to participate.
