She said the online form now includes prominent language noting the weekend restriction and that staff will review each online purchase for completeness before issuing tags.
Council and residents discussed practical workarounds—day passes converted to memberships, case-by-case reimbursements for double payments—and the difficulty of reaching patrons who do not follow the posted rules.
