Commissioners approved scheduling Z‑26‑61 (Pierre Christian Fry, 7 Barnview Terrace / 15 Pocono Road) for a detached structure containing a 500‑square‑foot accessory dwelling unit. They also scheduled Z‑26‑62 (Kling Brothers LLC for Danielle Ray Rosa, 49 Pocono Ridge) to consider converting an existing garage to a 600‑square‑foot ADU.
Both motions passed unanimously with commissioners saying public hearings will give neighbors and staff a chance to review site plans and relevant standards. The hearings were scheduled to be heard at the commission's Aug. 27 meeting.
