Board grants limited pardons in small number of cases, denies others

The Alabama Board of Pardons and Paroles granted pardons with restrictions in several cases during its July 16 meeting. For example, Claudia C. Similarly, the board granted pardons with restrictions for Gerald Clay, Jr. (AIS# 262118) and Timothy S. Forbus (AIS# 183361). Some pardon motions were split: Darin S.
