The board recorded multiple paroles that included reentry and supervision conditions intended to manage release risk. Several parolees were granted release contingent on completion of the Perry County Probation/Parole Reentry Education Program (PREP) or placement in an approved halfway house; common supervision requirements included GPS ankle monitors and participation in NA/AA programs. Board members sometimes split on conditions and timing. For some applicants the board voted unanimously to impose reentry conditions; in other cases members differed on whether to grant parole at all (one member voting to deny while others granted with conditions).
