Mayor Jake Ayers, Council Member Michael Taylor, and City Manager Lisa Kelly were absent.
On a motion by Council Member Kandis Strickland, seconded as noted in the minutes, Mayor Pro‑Tem Neese adjourned the meeting at 7:29 p.m.
