Under questioning, Gombos said she briefly returned to clinical work during the COVID-19 response, working with an agency to administer vaccines through CVS locations for approximately six to ten months in 2021.
She said she later joined HyperFit in late 2021, describing it as an age-management nursing practice that offered services including bioidentical hormone replacement, DEXA scans and intravenous vitamin treatments; she told the panel she left HyperFit in January 2026 because of workload and to prepare for the hearing and her recovery.
Gombos stated she is not currently employed as a nurse and that she took time off to address personal matters following the incident under review.
