Councilmember (voice 10) asked about an increase in sewer plant O&M from about $34,000 last year to $87,000 this year; Baker and staff explained that the larger payment reflected a SCADA improvement project at the treatment plant and offered to provide an invoice breakdown. Baker said most general fund expenses for February 2025 were lower than February 2024 and highlighted capital project activity, including purchases of two police vehicles and continuing work on Well No. 10.
