Perry Park board approves Sept. financials and $6,264.77 in payables

The Perry Park Metropolitan District board voted unanimously Oct. 10 to accept the district’s Sept. 30, 2024 unaudited financial statement and to approve payables totaling $6,264.77. Director Jill Arthurs moved to approve both the financials and the payables; President Darren Hill seconded and the motions passed unanimously.
Rebecca Harris, the district’s manager with WSDM, reviewed the draft 2025 budget and said the board will hold an in-depth work session on Oct. 23 to finalize budget priorities. The board also discussed the district’s recent reserve-study results and President Darren Hill said the district is “well funded” while flagging a separate inquiry about engaging a geologist to assess a rock formation on district property.
The approved payables list was presented at the meeting; no individual payable vendors were read into the minutes. The board confirmed the next regular meeting will be Oct. 23, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
