Board adopts Bill.com for payables and agrees to include computer‑generated transcriptions with minutes

In new business, Ms. Harris provided billing information and the Board agreed to use the WSDM phone number instead of the District’s Google phone for public contact.
Directors asked staff to implement Bill.com workflows, include the Avaya transcription with the minutes and add an appropriate disclaimer, and update contact information on the website.
