Commission recommends temporary fireworks license for Patriot Fireworks at North Ellsworth Road

Planner Michelle Clavadocher presented the application for a temporary fireworks-sales license for Patriot Fireworks at 520 North Ellsworth Road and noted the applicant's prior operations and that staff recommends approval. She reiterated the sales and storage windows (sales June 27'July 5; storage June 14'July 20), and reminded the commission that the city allows no more than six temporary-class licenses per year.
A motion to recommend City Council approve the temporary license was moved and seconded. The commission voted by roll call and the motion passed.
