Planner Michelle Clavadocher presented the final-plat application covering three commercial lots adjacent to Cheyenne Boulevard that were included in the preliminary plat. She reiterated the four recommended conditions: development engineering plan approval before infrastructure work; surety bond acceptance or infrastructure acceptance before building permits are issued; confirmation of access locations with the city engineer; and correction of the plat document to meet city requirements.
A motion to approve the final plat with the listed conditions was made, seconded and approved by roll call. The commission's approval will be forwarded to City Council for final action and building permits will be tied to engineering acceptance or surety requirements.
