The consent motion passed on roll call.
In new business, council passed: Ordinance 761 (first reading) on trees; Resolution 25-17 committing a $103,500 city match for Denali Park LWCF rehabilitation; Resolution 25-18 adopting the county Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan and community wildfire protection plan; a GOED reimbursement agreement of up to $875 for attendance at a Meet the State event; a $1,679.70 face-painting services contract with Pixie Dust Party Company for city events; $37,644.46 for outfitting two police vehicles with Guardian Fleet Safety; and a professional services agreement with Bros Engineering Inc. for the Bennett Road bridge construction engineering. All motions recorded in the transcript passed on roll call votes as recorded by the clerk.
The council also moved into an executive session under SDCL 1-25-2 for contractual and legal purposes and returned with no business to conduct before adjourning at 8:00 p.m.
