Board places youth employment grant on perfection consent calendar; grant authority given to Streets Agency director

The alderwoman from the 10th moved to suspend the rules and place the bill on the perfection consent calendar; several aldermen asked to be recorded as cosponsors. The motion carried and the board subsequently adopted the perfection consent calendar, moving Board Bill 63 forward in the legislative process.
