The Jefferson County Schools board on April 28 voted to support the superintendent's recommendation to place Mary Margaret Reagan on the transfer list after the district eliminated the school improvement specialist position. The motion was made, seconded and approved by voice vote; Chair called for those in favor to “say aye.”
The action follows the superintendent's staffing recommendation presented at the employee hearings. No additional terms, caveats, or amendments were announced during the public session. The board reconvened from an earlier executive session to take the vote and then moved to the next employee matter.
