Borough Manager Cindy Wells told council that a public hearing on an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance will be held at the next Council meeting on Monday, Sept. 16, 2024 at 6:30 P.M., and that the hearing will be advertised twice as required. Wells also said council will vote on an amendment to the Parking Ordinance at that meeting and that the parking-ordinance changes will be advertised as required.
No details of the text of the zoning amendment or the proposed parking ordinance changes were provided in the meeting minutes. Wells asked council members to note the date and attend if possible; the transcript records no public testimony on these items at the Aug. 27 meeting.
