Manager Cindy Wells said the ATV would be used to plow bridges and borough sidewalks, assist park cleanup, and support trash collection. Leisure Time in Corry, PA inspected the vehicle and found only normal wear items and routine maintenance needs.
The purchase was funded from the Capital Equipment fund and the minutes record the motion as approved on a motion by Councilor Joyce, seconded by Councilor Steadman. No additional warranty or long-term maintenance obligations were specified in the minutes.
