Another resident who has lived on the street for 40 years said he had witnessed growth and that the roadway has not been improved to handle current traffic volumes.
The developer's representative replied that the current action only modifies the restrictive covenant and that a traffic study would be prepared and submitted in the next phase of review. The city attorney clarified that no site plan or use approvals were being granted at the covenant stage.
