On June 9 the Donald City Council approved Resolution No. 614-26 to revise the Land Use Fee Schedule for FY 2026–27 and Resolution No. 615-26 to amend the Master Fee Schedule. City Manager Eric Underwood told the Council these adjustments were modest and intended to align fees with current costs.
Councilors also heard staff caution that bulk water sales may be denied when the city is experiencing high water demand or drought. Both resolutions passed unanimously with no recorded dissent.
