Trustees review officer roles; vice-chair asks for election guidance

Sarah Kaler noted the liaison duties and encouraged trustees to be visible at library events. Vice Chair Maddie asked for a dedicated discussion or training about how the board's officer election will work in January, saying "it might be nice if that was an actual point on the agenda, and we could chat about it a bit more." The board agreed to consider adding that as a future agenda item.
