Board to refine goals over summer; work session adjourns with plan to return in August

The work session centered on drafting board goals for the next two years. "I can get that kind of stuff all put in over the next couple of months, then we can approve the board goals for the next 2 years at the August meeting," S1 said.
After agreeing staff would return with numbers and materials, S6 (Committee member) moved to adjourn the work session at 7:08 p.m.; the motion carried after a voice affirmation. The board scheduled the goals item as a future agenda item and directed staff to incorporate the facilities, attendance and communications priorities into the August packet for final review and adoption.
