The board approved Resolution '25, which adopts the local-service plan submitted by the InterMountain ESD (IMESD) for the 2025–26 year. Superintendent (speaker 2) summarized the packet and explained that the ESD's budget breaks down across tax-supported (local/blue), state-contract and federal/contract (green) funds. "You can kinda see what the different things are ... we are 1% of it just like every other small school," the superintendent said.
The motion to approve the resolution was moved by the superintendent, seconded, and carried by voice vote with no recorded opposition. Board members said they had no further questions after reviewing the service-plan packet and the board moved on to subsequent agenda items.
