Chair Kit Evans presided; the meeting re-opened to the public at 6:30 p.m. in the Stella Mayfield Elementary boardroom.
Per the agenda, Elliana Fincher moved to approve the Feb. 16 agenda and Khirenda Johnson seconded; the board recorded a roll-call vote with the members present recorded as voting AYE. The agenda also reiterated public comment procedures and accommodations for disabilities.
