City inspector reports permit activity and KDHE orphan-waste materials to be discussed Jan. 4

City Inspector Brandon Cantrell told the council that in November the city received 11 permits (9 trade labor permits) and completed four inspections; he reported the total estimated project value for those permits at $156,300.
Cantrell also noted that KDHE documents concerning illegal dump cleanup, orphan waste cleanup and orphan tire reimbursement were included in the packet and that Toby from KDHE is scheduled to attend the Jan. 4, 2021 meeting to discuss those programs. The minutes list the KDHE materials in the packet but do not record further council action at this meeting.
