City posts community notices: compost permits, dog tags and spring events

Highlights included: "Compost Facility Opens April 1st Permits are on sale," dog tags for 2021 on sale at City Hall, Golf cart/UTV permit information, Cemetery Spring Clean-up March 17-19, Lions in Lyons Day on April 21 and audit dates of May 10-11.
The list also noted a number of training and conference items (KMU training March 5; virtual CCMFOA Spring Conference March 17-19), National Weather Preparedness Week (March 1-5), and the cancellation of the KRWA Conference due to COVID‑19. These notices were published in the meeting packet and on the city website according to the minutes.
