The Lyons City Council approved Section B of the Personnel Policies and Guidelines at the March 1 meeting. Council Member Rocky Gaines moved to “approve Personnel Policies and Guidelines Section \"B\",” the motion was seconded by Council Member Dakota Nave and carried unanimously.
Council members also held a group discussion on the draft of Section C, which remains under consideration and was placed on the pending agenda for a future meeting; no formal action on Section C was taken during this session.
