Council asked about hours, noise mitigation and interior location of cut saws; the applicant said manufacturing should be complete by 4 p.m., welding and cutting are inside the building and the layout reduces noise impacts. Council moved, and approved Ordinance 2026‑012 with the one‑year improvement condition.
