Board approves additional WIC LTE hours and forwards 2027 LTE requests

Linda Conlon requested an increase of 276 temporary (LTE) WIC clerk hours due to a staff member’s extended FMLA leave and said WIC grant funds would cover the hours.
"Motion by Jensen/Hess to approve the additional 276 LTE hours and forward the request to the Executive Committee, contingent on the hours being covered by grant funding. All ayes; motion carried," the minutes record.
Conlon also reviewed the department’s 2027 LTE requests. The committee approved those requests and moved them on to LRES and the Executive Committee for further review, again by unanimous voice vote.
