Commissioners approve closeout of two prime contracts on community services building
Summary
The board approved two project closeouts for the community services building (electrical work by Holstram Clark; plumbing and HVAC by Ainsworth Inc.). County administrator presented the packages and commissioners carried the motion to close out the items.
Administrator John told the board the contractors have signed off on their responsibilities and recommended the county execute final agreements to close the contracts. "Saying that the product their responsibilities are are complete, and it would be, on to the commissioners to, sign that final agreement and close out things," John said.
Commissioner Concepcion moved to approve capital project items 1 and 2; the motion was seconded and the chair called for the vote. The board answered "aye" and the chair announced the motion carries, closing out the listed prime contracts.
