Committee directs appraisal for SC-505 after owner inquiry about easement maintenance

The committee voted to have Land Information schedule an appraisal of SC-505. Motion by Kyle Timmons, second by Chris Schultz carried with "All ayes," the minutes state. The appraisal will establish a market valuation to inform any future disposition or maintenance decisions.
