Fire Chief Paul Lushinsky asked the council to approve applicant Maddox Fritz as a volunteer firefighter; Councilmember Jim Potter moved and Councilmember Jerrod Kappers seconded the motion and the council approved the appointment with 5 ayes / 0 nays.
