Council approves lead-service-line replacement agreement; estimate $25,000 per line

Huneke noted some service lines still need verification before final counts and that reimbursement mechanisms will cover the per-line costs.
The approval authorizes staff and the consultant WHKS to proceed with project planning and verification of addresses; the council did not adopt an exact schedule or contractor at this meeting.
