Town manager announces operational review and grant pitch competition dates

Town Manager Jonah told the council he has begun an in‑depth operational review of town leadership, operations, finances and alignment with town priorities and expects to deliver results in his Q2 report by the end of the month. "I've started my operational review of the entire town, all the different departments," Jonah said, adding he will provide the findings in the upcoming Q2 report.
Jonah also announced a 'rare grant pitch competition' tied to town economic development: required classes will run Aug. 7–8, applications are due Aug. 17, and the first round of pitching is scheduled for Aug. 27. He said a youth track is included, that information and flyers are posted on the town Facebook page, and encouraged council members to spread the word.
